Lansing HS Concert in the Courtyard

The Lansing High School concert last Friday may not have been in the courtyard this year (because of weather), but the wet weather didn't dampen the spirits of the performances. The Lansing Show Choir and Varsity Chorale performed under the direction of Lorrene Adams. To get the full effect it's best to attend the concerts live, but here is a sampling of this year's Concert in the Courtyard.

Pet of the Week

by Rochelle Davis

CatBenetar Cat Benatar is a real tough kitty, with a long history!...C'mon pet me with your best shot! This shy sweet girl has seen a lot of life. She came into this great SPCA with an old leg injury. She is a sweet, but timid girl, who just LOVES to be petted! Because of her shy nature, though, we think she would be fine in a home with children older than 10 years who could play cat whisperer. Show her the way in her new home! How about it? If you are interested in taking this sweet girl home, please speak to an adoption counselor today!
