John Turner, Cayuga Medical Center, 2012-13 Chair of the UWTC Board, had the opportunity to thank and recognize two outgoing UWTC Board Members: Cindy Noble, Community Representative, and Mary Opperman, Cornell University, for their years of dedicated service and work on numerous committees.  Under Turner’s leadership, UWTC exceeded its campaign fundraising goal for the ninth consecutive year, completed an organizational strategic plan, and exceeded goals across all operations.
