Lansing's Varsity Soccer team has had its ups and downs in the past two weeks, but they have rallied and will play in the Championships at Cortland State on Saturday (10/22). The team suffered it's first loss of the season in a home game against Marathon on October 6. "It seemed that we dominated the 1st half and then we played their style the second half," said Lansing Coach Adam Heck. Two days later Lansing got back onto its winning streak in another home game against Dryden. "It was a much better overall game- we played with much more purpose to everything," said Coach Heck. "We defended real well." Ryan Tengi and Walker Diebolt both scored goals in the 2-0 game.
