On Tuesday, May 16th, Lansing residents will vote for school board members. But, there is another big event happening that day as well. The Lansing School District will celebrate their Annual Employee Appreciation Day. On behalf of the students and parents, and in cooperation with the Lansing Parent Teacher Student Organization, we want to let Tompkins County know how proud we are of our 300 district employees! These employees devote themselves day after day to our students. The hard work and dedication of the Lansing School District Employees today means that our children will go on to become the good citizens and community leaders of the future. Therefore, our message is quite simple: To Lansing District Employees: Your good work speaks for you better than words we can say.
