What a great article about Dottie Munson's cake business! I don't know how anyone can have the courage to do a beautiful cake. My brothers always told me I had more mortar than brick when, as young teen, I experimented with layer cakes.I used to stick the cake together with frosting as it started to fall apart. I did learn to make a double layer cake as I grew older, but nothing like the works of art that Dottie turns out. From: Louise Bement ----
