Letters: IMO and Bugs Print

LettersIf the husband in question hates bugs AND hates wearing bug repellant, try the trick I learned from golfers: fabric softener sheets, the kind you throw into the dryer with your damp clothes.

Simply attach a sheet or two to your clothing. It works like magic. But good magic doesn't even show. Here's my method:

I wear a real hat all summer, not one of those silly baseball caps that offer little UV protection, and I simply stick a fabric softener sheet into the crown of my hat. The scent drifting through the vents or weave of the fabric or straw "Bounces" the bugs away. A sheet works for two or three days.
