ImageLansing hosted END last night at Helen Newman Lanes in a very interesting match. Lansing's boys are in a rebuilding year and looking at every match to improve and last nights match was no exception. Starting out slow with Dan Baldini & Phil Kulis struggling new comer Troy Hradisky (8th grader 182-508) along with senior Ricky Newton scored to keep us in the match.

When the night was over there wasn't any big games as Lansing won the first two games by 28 & 5 pins and total wood by only six pins, which just goes to show you how every spare adds up. Lansing Boys 3, END 1.

Now onto the girls match which was just as close as the boys only in reverse as Lansing wins one game by 79 pins looses one by 16 pins and then total wood by 46 pins. No big scores where shot by either team as the night seemed to be a spare ball contest.

Bowling in a make up match last night at Helen Newman vs Watkins Glen The Lansing Girls put together some interesting scores. Behind team leader Kristi Sullivan's 196-541 Brooke Burke tossed a 213-512 to lead the girls to 3 of 4 points.

Over on the Boys side loosing a game by a couple and winning a game by one they finally pulled away in the third to take 3 of 4 behind Dan Baldini's 234-656 and Ricky Newton's 214-600, Lukas Buckman rolled well for the visitors 228-651.

On 12-29-07 most teams will be in action at the Waverly Christmas Tournament and then league starts back up as the New Year comes.
