Lansing Girls Capture Section IV Class "C" Bowling Title |

 Lansing Girls win class "C" Sectionals by 91 pins over Marathon at Mid Way Lanes in Vestal last Friday. Lansing built a small lead in the first game as Kristi Sullivan 222-564 & Lori McKane 183-515 lead this team of determined bowlers. As Lansing rolled a 787 Hancock bowling on our right rolls 745. Marathon on our left rolls 739.
As the teams come out rolling Lansing shoots a 784 and builds a 120 pin lead that they would not give up. The Lansing Girls came back the third game and rolled a 723 for a grand total of 2292 and won their first Class "C" Title ever.
This was a total team effort as Brooke Burke and Ashley Schuster, Ashley Flemming , Katie Blann & Mary Bacorn all helped in this win. The Lansing Girls will go back to Mid Way next Saturday to bowl in Section IV qualifying.
