Cross Country Close in Divisional Meet |

 The Boys Cross Country team lost by two points to T-burg in one of the closest races of the season at their Divisional Meet in Groton on Tuesday. The Bobcats also faced Southern Springs and Moravia. An amazing effort was put forth by Jon Cleveland, placing 3rd, Josh Barber, Tim Shea, Robin Hicks and Dan Comisi. Cleveland was named First Team All Star and Barber, Shea and Hicks were Second Team All Stars. Alex Rogers ran a personal best time of 21:41 as did Comisi (18:44) and Hicks (18:32).

 Alex Rogers for Lansing (21:41) The girl's team also performed well. Shanna Swanson placed 5th and was
awarded First Team All Star with a personal season best time of 21:37.
Neila Thomas improved her time yet again (25:20) placing 21st in a
field of five other schools.
The teams head to Whitney Point on October 14. Varsity boy start at 5:05 with the girls following at 5:30.
