ITHACA – Robert L. Miller, age 73, of Ithaca, a retired carpenter died Friday November 25, 2005 at Cayuga Medical Center in Ithaca. Mr. Miller was born June 28, 1932, a son of the late Edward and Agnes Harris Miller. He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed camping and hunting.
Survivors include his daughter Melanie (Michael) Daghita of Trumansburg; a sister, Jean Kastinhuber of Horseheads, three grandchildren, Jennifer, Anthony and Albert “Joey” Daghita; several nieces and nephews.Mr. Miller is predeceased by his three brothers, Richard, Henry & Edward Miller and three sister, Bonnie White, Frances Davis and Helen Miller. Funeral Services will be on Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. at the Herson Funeral Home followed by burial in Grove Cemetery in Trumansburg. Military honors will be bestowed on him at his funeral. Memorials may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
