Dear Editor:

Like many people in Upstate New York and throughout our country, I am concerned about the divisiveness that exists in the US House of Representatives. With Tom Reed’s unwavering support for Donald Trump, I believe that he will do nothing to change the obstructionist attitude that is pervasive in Congress.

John Plumb is a fourth-generation New Yorker that has served our country as a submarine officer in the Navy. He understands firsthand how important it is to work collaboratively on critical issues such as national security. He is focused on our country’s future by supporting a robust response to climate change and fighting to expand universal pre-K.

John is dedicated to doing the People’s work in Congress and will be a strong advocate for Upstate New York and the future of our country. I will be voting for him on November 8th.
