postheadericon Lansing Bowlers Finish Season

bowling_120On Saturday February 9, 2013 the Lansing High School Girls finished their bowling season at Midway lanes in Vestal. They tossed a 1885 total pin fall to finish 7th in the Section IV "C" Tournament. Carli Teitelbaum was top bowler for the team tossing games of (153, 144, 137 for a 434 series). Keisha Lee (153 game), Kaela Teitelbaum (145 game) other members of the team Kennedy Pratt, Amanda Seymour and Melissa Seymour.

The Boys didn't finish without a fight!   On Monday February 11,2013 only the top 2 teams will advance in Section IV class 'C' to State Qualifiers. The Bobcats had a 1 pin lead over Thomas Edison for second place going into the third game.  In short, missed 10 pins and splits cost the Lansing bowlers from continuing their season.

The boys ended in 3rd with a total 2579 pin fall, Tioga won with a 2955 pin fall and Edison finishing second.  Brandon Mikula took home a 2nd place medal with his 243 game.  Brandon tossed (171, 243, 194 games for a 608 series). Nate williamson (192,198,178 games 568 series). Tony Paige (211 game) Joel Teitelbaum (192 game) and Cole Quigley (143 game).
