Rochester, NY - Waste Harmonics, a Rochester-based managed services provider in the waste industry, is pleased to welcome four new employees to its team: Tom Moran as vice president of operations, Lansing resident Matt Hollister as director of business development and sustainability, Brad Young as director of sustainability and Jennifer Robinson as director of marketing. The new team members will help the company continue to grow its sustainability, sales and marketing initiatives.

As vice president of operations, Moran is responsible for managing the equipment group, including compactor, baler and iWaste installation and repairs. He will also oversee the vendor relations team to ensure services for clients across Canada and the United States. Moran brings 27 years of waste-industry experience to his new role. He joins the team from Casella Waste, where he served as vice president of sales.

Moran earned his Bachelor of Science in management from D'Youville College. He resides in West Irondequoit.

As director of business development and sustainability, Hollister is responsible for Waste Harmonics' pallet management, pallet recycling and commodity recycling services. He brings nearly 10 years of experience to his new role and joins the team from Ongweoweh Corp., where he served as director of business development.

Hollister earned his Bachelor of Arts in sociology from SUNY Cortland and resides in Lansing, New York.

In his new role, Young is responsible for overseeing pallet and recycling programs and initiatives with current and future clients. He has nearly 13 years of experience and joins the team from Ongweoweh Corp., where he served as executive account manager.

Young earned his Bachelor of Science in business and psychology from Iowa State University and is Minority Business Enterprise certified. He resides in Decatur, Georgia.

As director of marketing, Robinson is responsible for increasing awareness of Waste Harmonics, pursuing new business opportunities and communicating with existing customers. She brings more than 10 years of experience to her new role and joins the team from ConServe, where she served as marketing coordinator.

Robinson earned her Bachelor of Science in marketing from SUNY Fredonia. She is a CrossFit Level 1 trainer at Canandaigua Crossfit and resides in Canandaigua, New York.
