To memorialize their beloved son Lee, Paul and Leslie Strebel wanted to plan something special for the SPCA of Tompkins County. Lee passed away on February 17, 2006 at the age of 15. On Friday, January 28th, he would have been 20 years old.During the 20 days from 1/28/11 to 2/17/11 the Strebels will honor Lee's memory and his love of pets by donating $10 for every adoption that takes place at the SPCA or the SPCA Annex and .50 cents for every dollar donated, up to $2,000.
The Strebels have also looked over the SPCA wish list and plan on making a gift of several items to help with the kitten foster program.
