Tompkins Trust Company has promoted Callyn Pyhtila to Assistant Vice President, Branch Manager and Courtney Reinhart to Officer, Branch Manager.

Pyhtila started with the company in 2011. She has 8 years of experience in finance and banking. As Branch Manager for the West End and Cornell Branches, she works with customers in all aspects of retail and commercial banking, while also serving a dedicated student population at Cornell. Pyhtila earned her Bachelors of Psychology at University of Phoenix. She enjoys spending time with her husband and four children. She is a certified notary and currently serves on the board of directors for Family Reading Partnership and for the United Way of Tompkins County.

Reinhart started with the company in 2017. She has 11 years of experience in finance and banking. As Branch Manager for the East Hill Plaza location, she works with customers in all aspects of retail and commercial banking. Reinhart earned her Associates Degree in Business Administration from Tompkins Cortland Community College. She enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters. She is a certified notary and currently serves on the board of directors for IPEI and Kiwanis of Ithaca. She has served as past Committee Chair for Tompkins Relay for Life and was a committee member for the Trust Company’s most recent United Way Carnival for a Cause on the Ithaca Commons.

Tompkins Financial has promoted Jason Elliot to Assistant Vice President, Information Security Architect and Amanda Lippincott to Officer, Legal Analyst.

Elliott started with the company in 2013. He has 6 years of experience in the banking industry. Elliott is responsible for the verification of existing security technologies, polices, and procedures. His duties also include providing protection of customer and other sensitive information. He is responsible for designing new approaches of securing information based on current and emerging threats to the organization. Elliot received his Associates Degree in Computer Forensics from Tompkins Cortland Community College and his Bachelor of Science in Information Assurance from Utica College. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons. He has been a coach with Cortland County Youth Soccer Association for three years.

Lippincott started with the company in 2018. She was previously employed with Ithaca College and has just over a year’s experience in the banking industry. She is responsible for providing support to internal stakeholders on the creation and execution of initiatives for strategic contracting, regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and other related projects. She also serves as a resource for business units with questions about company policies applicable to governance and compliance issues. Lippincott received her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Alfred University, and her Master’s degree in Student Affairs in Higher Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She is involved in the Alfred University Alumni Council, Big Flats Planning Board, and Chemung County SPCA.
