The History Center in Tompkins County announced the full line-up for the upcoming concert, presented in cooperation with the State Theatre of Ithaca and DSP Shows, and sponsored by CFCU Community Credit Union.

Hometown Music Makers' Revue: Celebrating Tompkins County's Extraordinary Musical History will feature the talents of the Burns Sisters (Annie and Marie Burns), Cayuga Nation Gayogo̱hó:nǫ Welcome, the Chorale of the Ithaca Children and Youth Chorus, The Cornell Hangovers, the Dorothy Cotton Jubilee Singers, the Fall Creek Brass Band, Jean McPheeters (as Sebela Wehe), Joe Crookston, Johnny Russo and the East Hill Classic Jazz Band, Kevin Kinsella, Richie and Rosie, the Sim Redmond Band, and the UNITED Dance Troupe. The performance will include music of various genres, dance, drumming, and even living history! Emcee Peggy Haine will share the musical history of Tompkins County between acts.

The State Theatre of Ithaca hosts this musical spectacular on Saturday, December 8. Doors open at 6:00 PM and the show begins at 7:00 PM. The concert is part of a three-day celebration of the State Theatre of Ithaca's 90th birthday as well as the kick-off for The History Center's move to its new location. Several organizations from around the county will be partners in what was the Tompkins Trust Building on the Commons' Bank Alley. The new Tompkins Center for History and Culture at 110 North Tioga Street opens Spring 2019.
