ImageThe Lansing Boy's Varsity Swim Team defeated Southern Cayuga on December 11, 2007. The score was 57-29. According to Coach Brian Vaughan, many swimmers were given "the opportunity to swim in different events". Overall, he felt the team did well.

The team's All-American swimmer, Jake Sangren, posted a time of 23.02 in the 50 freestyle. This is one of Lansing's 'top 10 performances' in this event - number 7. This was an improvement over his number 10 time which was 23.45 (2/10/07). Sangren also took first place in the 100 butterfly (56.73) and was part of Lansing's winning relay teams.

Sophomore Casey Hagin posted first place finishes in the 200 individual medley (2:24.30) and the 500 freestyle (5:53.32). Junior Dan Ravas finished first in the 100 freestyle (54.09).
