Marathon came to Lansing at Helen Newman Lanes for the regular season final match for both teams and the lansing girls finished in style taking 3 of the 4 points.  Being their last match, the Lansing senior girls put on a show as Nicole Davis lead the  Lansing girls with a 169 - 465, followed by fellow seniors Gianna Gentile's 173 - 453 and Vanesa Cory's 165 - 449 and Ashley Engels's 164 - 437.  The girls totaled a season high of 2218 pins.     Kortni McGowan lead all the girls as the Marathon bowler rolled a 244 - 564 series and had help from Ally Loope's 404 series.
On the other side the Marathon boys put it to the Lansing boys taking all 4 points as Andrew Doane 233 -687 lead all the bowlers, he was followed by Dylan Barlett's 265 - 606 series.
The Lansing boys bowled OK but had their ups and downs as senior Brandon Emerick lead the way with a 216 - 597 series, followed by both Troy Hradisky & Joel Teitelbaum.
The IAC Championship will be held this Saturday at 1pm in Waverly at Valley Bowl. Sectionals to follow the next weekend.
