bowling_120The Lansing Bobcat bowlers are off and rolling.

Tuesday, November 27th started the new season as the Lansing Bowling teams traveled to Cardinal lanes in Newark Valley. Only 5 Lady Cats bowled against a powerful Cardinal team.

Melissa Seymour lead her team with a (153 game - 416 series).  She was followed by team mates Keisha Lee, Carli Teilelbaum, Kaela Teitelbaum and Amanda Seymour.  The female Cardinals took the 4 point total with Kristen Chase 236-594 and Kalei Fenn 192-529 leading their team.

Meanwhile the Lansing boys lost 3 of 4 points. This match was very close throughout the afternoon. The boys losing to the Cardinals by a 55 series pin fall (Cardinals 2672, Lansing 2617 total).

The top Lansing boy bowlers were 8th grader Cole Quigley 226-585 series, Brandon Mikula 197-569 and Joel Teitelbaum 211-566 team members Tony Paige 221, Nate Williamson 157 and Dan Hughes 112 games.

Cardinal top bowler Dustin Shoemaker rolled 242-612 to lead his team over the bobcats.

Thursday, November 29th Notre Dame traveled To Helen Newman Lanes Cornell with a meeting with the Lansing Bobcat Bowlers.

Lady Cat bowlers' injuries only allowed 4 of 6 bowler too compete.  Nice scores were reported by Kaela Teitelbaum 146-424 series, Melissa Seymour 142-401 and Keisha lee 141-386 and Carli Teitelbaum 116 game. No doubt with these scores their match(s) would have been close...  Notre Dames Cassie Berry had a nice night, rolling a high 191-521.

For the second time the boys team bowled a very close match. This time the Bobcats splitting 2 of 4 points. 96 points was the difference in the series total. Joel Teitelbaum had a great afternoon 178,233,230 for a 641 series. Nate Williamson 204-558 Brandon Mikula 194, Cole Quigley 179 and tony Paige 148 games. Notre Dames high bowlers were Matthew Dieg 212-587 and Alex Sherman 214-582.
