Saturday November 7th, 2015 Owego, NY – The Owego Free Academy was host to the Section 4 Class C Championships where the Lansing Girls Varsity Swim and Dive capped off its 3rd perfect swimming season, dating back to the start of the 2013 season. The LadyCats would score a combined 479 points to take home the Sectional crown. Team scores were as follows:| 1. Lansing | 479 |

Lansing swimmers of won 7 of the 12 events and fended off strong challenge from rival Watkins Glen who placed second ; giving Coaches Diane Hicks-Hughes and Shelly Matheny a 3rd Sectional Championship in as many years.




Lansing Central School will induct 2 former athletes, one contributor and one team into their Hall of Fame on Saturday night, December 26th at the Lake Watch Inn. The 2015 Athletic Hall of Fame Class will induct four-time NY State champion Melissa Usack, who won the 2002 New York State title in the 800 meter run and anchored the 4 X 4 800 meter relay team to state championships in 2002, 2003 and 2004.
Saturday October 31, 2015 Watkins Glen, NY – It was a Happy Halloween for the Ladycats Varsity Swimming and Diving when they gave Coach Diane Hicks-Hughes a big treat with a 3rd IAC Championship in a row. Overall team scores for the championships were:
Wednesday November 4, Watkins Glen - Class C Sectional Preliminaries were held at the Watkins Glen Natatorium tonight; with over 120 athletes from 8 schools that make up the Section IV Class C ranks for Girls Varsity Swimming and Diving.
GANSEVOORT, N.Y. – Head Coach Dan Kane of the Wells College men's soccer team was selected as the North Eastern Athletic Conference Men's Soccer Coach of the Year following a poll of his peers, the league office announced Thursday. In addition, the Express earned a program-record five selections to the three NEAC All-Conference teams.
The Lansing Ladycats swimmers capped off their 3rd perfect (12-0) Dual Meet regular season Thursday in a row with a 96.5-59.5 win over Oddessa-Montour. The Lansing team’s regular season winning streak currently sits at 34 wins and goes back to the last regular season meet of the year in the 2012 vs. Dryden. 

The Lansing Girls Soccer team made it known early in their game on Wednesday versus Marathon that they would earn their spot again this year in the Class C Sectional Finals. Only sixteen seconds into the game, Senior defender-turned-striker Maddie Czymmek put the ball in the net to give Lansing a quick lead. Senior Reilly Zajac would follow with another goal only a few minutes later.

The Lansing Ladycats celebrated Senior Night October 8th with a victory over Watkins Glen, maintaining their undefeated position in their league, and bringing their overall record to 10-2-1.
Tuesday October 20, 2015, Waverly NY – The Lansing Ladycats swimmers defeated the Lady Wolverines of Waverly; 105-78 at the Waverly Natatorium. Coach Diane Hicks-Hughes swimmers moved to 11-0 in the IAC on the season. Lansing Swimmers also took 1st place in all events.
