"Amy has also played an important role in her community by volunteering her time and talents to help support important causes right here in the Finger Lakes Region," continued Nozzolio.
As the owner of Bill Cram Inc, Amy has shown her leadership and dedication to advancing the careers of women in Upstate New York. She led the transformation of Bill Cram Inc. in 2012 to what it is today, proudly building on the legacy of her family's business. Bill Cram Inc. is one of only five percent of General Motors dealerships run by a woman in the entire country. Since 2012, she has received numerous commendations for her excellence in business, such as the Geneva Chamber of Commerce's "Athena Award" in 2014, the Seneca County Chamber of Commerce "Business of the Month" award, and the "Mark of Excellence" award from General Motors in 2012 and 2013.
"The Women of Distinction program was established in 1998 to celebrate the rich heritage of outstanding women throughout New York State. From the past to the present, women throughout history have contributed to the success of our State and Nation and it was an honor to recognize Amy Cram at Wednesday's ceremony," concluded Nozzolio.
Amy was joined at the State Capitol by her children, Christopher, Timothy, Sophie, and Rebecca.
