Hello, my name is Waylon, but some people here also call me Turtle! I don't know how I ended up here at the SPCA, but isn't it nice that I get yummy food every day? I'm a nice boy who loves to talk about my day to all of our visitors. I'm also quite playful, and will happily entertain you for hours with my antics. Other felines intimidate me, so if you want to take me home, I'd be happiest as the only cat.
