Olivia's General Manager Thomas Pastuszak, who recently graduated from Cornell with a degree in Neurobiology, adds, "Essential fatty acids are abundant in our brains, and increased consumption of those such as Omega-3's greatly reduces the likelihood of the onset of neurological disorders such as attention deficit disorder, schizophrenia, and even Alzheimer's disease. Furthermore, Omega 3's may lead to more brain activity. So not only will Olivia's steak and burgers be healthier and taste better, they may make you smarter!"
According to co owner Robert Cohen, "There is a diverging demand among restaurant consumers today. Some seek any food at a great price; while others are very concerned with the integrity of the ingredients and food they eat. They want the healthiest, most natural foods they can afford. They understand a connection between place and production. We value this connection, and it's direct relationship to flavor and health."Olivia is open for dinner, lunch, and brunch everyday and offers its own brand of happiness: between 4pm-6pm try our local meat O, Burger and herb fries for half price. Sunday is our customer appreciation day- we offer local specials, which include a local wine, beer or soda. We use and feature local products whenever feasible, because they are the best quality, the healthiest and most importantly you can taste the difference.
