Over the weekend the IAC came together to participate in one of four Big House Tournaments this one at Rossi Lanes in Elmira Hgts. On the boy's side of competition it was a nail bitter with three schools within eight pins. Lansing's boys were first with a 3042, followed by Waverly 3039, TAE 3034 and the rest of the league in under 2870.

On the Girl's side Waverly 2321 took the honors followed by TAE 2154, Groton 2024 and Lansing's 1984. The rest of the league was 100 pins below Lansing's score. All teams are in action this Tuesday as Waverly comes to Lansing in an early season match up of division leaders.

In an early season match up of perennial IAC Boy’s powerhouse this Wednesday's match was a spilt in points 2 & 2. Lansing was led by Phil Kulis with 235/652 who led all scores followed by Waverly’s A J Sallerly 211/612. Lansing lost two games by a total of 37 pins.

On the Girls side the Lansing Bobcat‘s held their own against a very good Waverly team loosing all four points in a very close match. Kristi Sullivan led the Bobcats with a 170/496 along with senior Rachel Strohman 179/479, Waverly’s Ariana Deming led all scores with a 209/530. Both teams back in action next Tuesday night.
