Waverly, NY -- The Waverly boy’s team started the match with a great 1128 game to the Bobcat 942. Being down by 186 pins after one game the Bobcats didn’t run and hide as they began to roll behind Jon LaRock, Kyle Christopher and Dan Baldini to come back and win the second game 1066 to 996.

Moving to the third game the Bobcat kept the pressure on to win 1033 to 971 earning a split against Waverly at home and showing the mark of a very good team. Lansing was led by Kyle 246/688, Dan 234/649 and Jon 248/604, while Waverly was led by Michael Beard 236/698, Shane LaFritz 279/631 and Marcus Beard 225/601.

On the girls side the Waverly girl haven’t lost a point all season but the Lansing girls came very close as the first game was taken by Waverly 830 to 794. The Lansing girls scored a school record knocking down 2341 total pins. Kristi Sullivan led all scores with 214/583 followed by Waverly’s Megan Patterson 235/572, seniors for Lansing Sara Johnson and Rachel Strohman each rolled 495 & 494 series. Both teams back in action this weekend @ Owego Bowl for the season’s third Big House.
