The Lansing Girl's Basketball team currently has a record of 9-2 overall, 8-1 in the IAC, and 5-0 and leaders of Division III. On Tuesday the Ladycats defeated Dryden 44-16 with Randi Lyn Randall leading the way with 19 points, 4 steals and 4 assists.

Kendal Dean and Rachael Palladino added 6 points apiece, with Dean hauling in a team high 8 rebounds and Palladino a team high 5 steals and 5 assists. Meagan Palladino chipped in with 5 points, while Katie Fenner added 4 points.

It was total team defensive effort that saw the Ladycats hold Dryden to single digits in all 4 quarters, while holding leading scorer Mary Holland to 2 points for the night. The team travels to Trumansburg on Thursday for a cross-over contest with the Blue Raiders.
