Nichol has been residing in Tompkins County for her entire life. She grew up in Newfield and then moved to Trumansburg to graduate high school and settled in the Freeville area.
She enjoys pottery, weaving, and the company of her shitzhu dog, Shelby. She is currently renovating an 1810 Greek Revival home in Groton and hopes to someday operate a Bed and Breakfast.
After dedicating 20 years to nursing she has decided to put her people skills to use in the real estate industry, earning her licensure in May ’06.
